How will my order ship?
Your order will be processed within 7-10 business days and will ship USPS Priority mail. Delivery time is 2-3 business days. If you need your order in a hurry, please send us an email and we will try to accommodate your request. Express shipping is available. Please contact us and we will give you a quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please contact us for a quote on rates.
Can my order be shipped
directly to the baby?
Yes! Please provide with your order, a shipping address
and a message for the gift tag.
We'll take care of the rest! Blanket is beautifully
boxed and tied with a ribbon to complete the perfect
gift.
Can my order be shipped to
more than one address?
Only if you place each order seperately. If
you would like items shipped to two different shipping
addresses, you must order each item individually
and designate the alternate address in the shipping
fields.
Can I pick my order up and
avoid shipping cost?
Yes. We are located just south of downtown Naperville
Illinois.
Can I include another phrase
on my blanket?
Yes. Your blanket can say anything you wish, as each
blanket is handmade to order. Some ideas include:
With love from, grandparents’ names, pets,
baptism date, etc.
Do you do adoption blankets?
Yes, we have done many blankets that celebrate the
adoption of a child. Some additional information
you may wish to have on the blanket includes information
such as: "Came into our lives on…"
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of personalized gifts we cannot
accept returns. If there is a spelling error on the
blanket due to our part we will be glad to fix it;
simply send it back to us.
Please be sure to double-check your order before
you send it because once your blanket is completed,
the only changes possible are changing one letter
to another letter. We cannot add extra letters or
text once your blanket is completed. If you find
you did make a mistake, please contact us to see
what we can do. Ship the blanket back to us along
with a $7 fee to cover shipment.
